How do I become a Bud Cosmetics CareClub member?
Simply create a Bud Cosmetics customer account and you will automatically become a CareClub member. To sign up for an account click HERE.

How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 Bud point for every $1 you spend online or our stores, on normal priced items (excluding discounted or sale items).  Use your Bud points to redeem the rewards that you want, or save them up to unlock higher points required rewards.

Do make sure that you use the same email address for each purchase.

Can I use the points I earn (from online purchases) in the stores?
Yes, you can! The points you earned from the eligible online purchases can be used as rebates when you shop in our stores too.

How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
To check or redeem your points, simply log in to your account and click on the CareClub launcher pop-up on the bottom left hand corner.

If you are an existing CareClub member who has been shopping in our retail stores, your balance points from your in-stores purchases and redemptions will be accessible online from 7 June 2021. If you have any questions about your points please send us an email at info@budcosmetics.com with your full name and mobile number so that we can check for you.

I have just made an order online, why don’t I see the addition of the points yet?
The Bud points will only be added to your account once the order has been shipped and marked COMPLETED in the status.

My order has just been refunded, will my Bud points be taken off as well?
If you have request for refund for the whole order or for a few of the items, the Bud points awarded to the refunded items will also be taken off your account.

Similarly, if you cancel your order after the purchase, the points originally awarded will also be taken off.

How do I use my rewards?
You can use your Bud points to redeem the rewards using the CareClub launcher pop-up on the bottom left hand corner.

To use the reward in any of our stores, simply inform Bud Cosmetics staff of the email address that you registered with.

How many coupons can I use in each transaction?
You can use 1 reward coupon per order. However you can use multiple coupons when shopping instore, up to a maximum of $50 off in one transaction.

I have just redeemed a discount reward, must I use it immediately?
No, you can store the reward coupons for future orders. There is no expiry date on the discount coupons.

I have just redeemed a facial treatment reward, what do I do next?
You have 90 days (from the date of redemption) to use the coupon. To use the coupon, simply give us a call at Tel: 67335782 or email us at info@budcosmetics.com to make an appointment for the facial. 

How do I receive my Birthday Discount Coupon Code? 
If your birthday falls in the calendar month, you will receive an email with your unique Birthday Discount Coupon Code in the first week of the calendar month. If you have registered your mobile number with us, you will also receive an SMS with the unique code.

Can I use my birthday discount only once? 
You can use your birthday multiple times during your birthday month, instore and online.

Will I earn points from my purchase made with birthday discount? 
No points are awarded on purchases made with birthday discount.

How long do the points last? Is there an expiry date on them?
There is no expiry to the points.

How long does the discount coupon code last?  
There is no expiry date on the redeemed coupons.

I redeemed a reward but decided not to use it. Am I able to still use it and how do I access it?
Once you have redeemed your points for a reward, it will remain available in your rewards account until your next purchase. To view the redeemed rewards, go to Rewards section, and then click Your Rewards.

Can I use my coupons on discounted or sale items?
Bud CareClub reward coupons cannot be used in combination with other promotional codes or discounts.

What happens to my points if I make a return?
The points reward will be marked as redeemed.

What happens if I forget to log in to my account when checking out? Will I still get points on my purchases?
Simply email us at info@budcosmetics.com and we will check and update the points accordingly.

Can I earn points on past purchases?
No, points cannot be added to your account retroactively. You can earn points on all future purchases when logged into your account.

Do I earn points on facial or body treatments at Mandarin Gallery?
No, currently points are only awarded on purchase of products.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Bud Cosmetics reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
  • Coupons can only be redeemed once.
  • If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
