Delivery within SINGAPORE

Following the announcement by our Prime Minister on 3 April 2020, we are doing our part to stop the spread of COVID-19 by keeping our stores closed from 7 April – 4 May 2020, or until further notice.
However, our online store is open and we can deliver your orders to your home during 7 Apr – 4 May 2020.
Delivery Charges:
  • Order Value Over SGD$50: FREE Delivery
  • Order Value SGD$50 or less: SGD$3.00 (by courier)

Estimated delivery time: 2-4 working days. Due to the increase in demand home deliveries during this COVID19 period, your delivery may be delayed but we are committed to get your order to you safely and on-time.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt on Tel: +65 6733 5782 or email: orders@budcosmetics.com

International Shipping

Shipping charges and times will vary with location and weight of the order. 

When you place the order, the shipping charge will not be reflected in the order.

Once we receive your order, we will weigh the total items and find the most economical and effective shipping method for your delivery address.

We will advise you the shipping options and once you agree to the charge we will issue you a separate Paypal invoice for the payment. However, if you decide the fee is too high, we can cancel the order and refund you in full the paid order amount via Paypal.

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.

Stock Availability

Unfortunately, from time to time stock may not be available. You will be contacted if the item you order is temporarily out of stock.

Our Despatch Process

Your order can be delivered Monday – Saturday.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days upon payment received in full, although this may take longer during the festive period and under some circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be despatched the next working day.

Please note you may receive more than one delivery per order as some items may be despatched separately.  Multiple orders may be consolidated into one delivery. Please advise if you would prefer that they weren’t.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your address is completed correctly and a valid phone number is available at order. We do not take responsibility for a lost or undelivered item if the address provided to us is incorrect. A new delivery will not be despatched until the original order is delivered back to us.

If your order is returned to us the cost of redelivery must be paid before it is despatched again.
