Body: Mist a light veil of oil directly to damp or dry skin and use your hands to work the oil in.
Face: Warm a small amount of oil in your hands and then massage into the skin using firm, sweeping movements across the face. Or use in addition to your cream moisturiser to give skin an extra moisturising boost.
Hair: Post-styling, apply a spritz of oil into your hands and run lightly through the hair paying particular attention to the ends of your hair.
