  TOP Oily Skin Routine

TOP Normal Skin Routine
If you have oily skin prone to blemishes you may be tempted to use harsh products that strip the skin of its precious oils leading to very oily areas and dry flaky areas.

The skin care programme outlined below will gently bring the skin back to balance helping the body normalize its oil production and the skin to repair itself. Even oily skin needs moisture so please don't be tempted to avoid this essential step.

Think about doing a detox as it will greatly help your skin.

   
       
    Oily Skin Daily Care Routine
 

 

MORNING

  • Put a small capful of Peppermint Facial Wash in a basin of hand hot water. Soak muslin in the water and gently cleanse face, neck & décolleté.
  • Pat dry. Mix 2 teaspoons of Flower Petal Mask with a little warm water until you have a paste. Apply to the skin, pressing and lifting the paste, allowing it to literally 'suck' dirt out of the skin. Remove with muslin.
  • Spritz on Herbal Toner.
  • While skin is still damp apply a small amount of Manuka Face Cream.
  • Apply Blemish Gel if needed.

EVENING

  • Rub a small amount of Carrot Butter Cleanser between hands and massage well over face, neck & décolleté. Soak muslin in hand hot water and remove cleanser.
  • Spritz with Herbal Toner.
  • While skin is still damp apply 4 drops of Antioxidant Face Gel.
  • Apply Blemish Gel if needed.

Twice a week use Seaweed Clay Mask followed by Collagen Boost Mask.

Rose Hip oil can be used on acne scars twice a day once acne has cleared.

Internally, do the Detox programme with Clear Skin Tincture.
