Cleansing is the most important part of maintaining and achieving beautiful skin. Without cleansed skin moisturizers and special treatments will not penetrate properly and dead skin is not removed. So cleansing is the first step to radiant glowing skin. The most important cleanse is at night with a lighter more gentle cleanse in the morning. Always massage the cleanser on to dry skin with your fingertips allowing the the cleanser to fully dissolve grime & make-up. Remove with a flannel or muslin cloth soaked in hand hot water. This will boost circulation and fully remove the cleanser leaving the skin radiant.

Your skin is your canvas; a healthy glowing skin begins with a thorough but gentle cleanse. Carrot Butter Cleanser dissolves grime, dirt, pollution, make up (including eye makeup) in one easy step. Antioxidant Carrot is blended with skin softening Shea & Cocoa Butter to leave the skin incredibly soft and smooth. Chamomile, Rosemary and Lavender soothe and decongest the skin leaving it radiant.

Application
Remove a small amount of cleanser with the spatula provided, rub the cleanser between clean hands and apply to dry skin, massaging it in well. Soak muslin or flannel in hand hot water and remove cleanser. Finish with a splash of cold water. (Do not use cotton wool as this will not remove cleanser) The most essential cleanse should be carried out at night. If this is done properly, in the morning simply splash the face with water.

Thoroughly cleanse and refresh the skin with this ultra gentle foaming cleanser. Rose purifies and fights free radicals whilst Marigold and Aloe gently condition and calm the skin. Rosehip, rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, boosts the skin's lipid content and maintains moisture levels. Application
Mix a small amount of cleanser with water, apply to damp skin. Massage for a few minutes and rinse off (preferably with a damp muslin cloth for a deeper cleanse). Very refreshing, paricularly suitable for use in the morning.

For oily or combination skins

A gentle 100% natural olive and hemp antiseptic face wash designed to be used every morning with soothing Eucalyptus, antiseptic Tea tree, invigorating peppermint and Lavender.

Application
Morning
Splash face with water, put a small amount of face wash in the palm of your hand. Add water to it and lather. Wash face keeping out of eyes. Follow with suitable Organic Pharmacy toner, moisturizer, serum & gel.
For a more gentle cleanse, add a capful of PTEL wash to a basin of hand hot water and use muslin to cleanse face.

At night use Carrot Butter Cleanser (Carrot Butter balances oil production and therefore actually reduces oiliness in oily skin)

A gentle rinse off cleansing milk ideal to remove dirt and make-up. Rose is purifying and helps strengthen fragile capillaries whilst Chamomile, rich in Azulene, soothes sensitive skin. Also rich in Aloe, the skin is calmed, repaired and left incredibly soft.

Application
Massage the milk onto dry skin with the fingertips allowing it to interact with dirt and make up well. Soak a muslin cloth in hand hot water and remove the cleanser gently. Use night and morning.

An essential deep cleansing exfoliating mask that draws out impurities, removes dead cells and brightens the complexion. Oats and milk (rich in lactic acid) gently exfoliate without abrasion whilst lavender & chamomile soothe inflamed skin. Oats and clay bind with impurities & remove them deep from within the pores. Rose purifies and calms. Dead skin & deeply embedded impurities are removed leaving radiant skin.

Application
Add 2 heaped teaspoons to a bowl or the palm of your hand, add warm water drop by drop until a smooth thick paste is achieved. Apply it to damp skin pressing the paste well into the skin. With a pressing and lifting movement work the product all over face. Leave for 2-5 minutes and rinse off with a muslin cloth or sponge. The skin is now ready to receive any special treatments.

This may take a few goes to master but it is well worth the effort.

Oily skin use 4 times a week and follow with Seaweed clay mask.

Normal skin use twice a week and follow with Collagen boost mask

Dry skin use once a week and follow with Honey & Jasmine Nourishing Mask
