MORNING

• Soak muslin in a basin of hand hot water to which you have added Rose Bath Oil. This softens the water & revitalizes and regenerates the skin. Gently cleanse the face, neck & décolleté.
• Apply a small amount of Rose & Bilberry Toning Gel to finger tips and gently press into the skin while still damp.
• Mix 2 drops of Antioxidant Face Firming Serum with either Rose Plus Face cream (very potent) or Antioxidant Face Cream and apply to face, neck & décolleté.
• Using the spatula provided remove a small amount of Lip & Eye cream and apply to the eye area with gentle pressing and to the lips.

EVENING

• Massage a small amount of Carrot Butter Cleanser on face, neck & décolleté. Soak muslin in hand hot water and remove cleanser gently.
• Spritz Jasmine Night Conditioner.
• Mix 4 drops of Antioxidant Face Gel and 2 drops of Antioxidant Face Firming Serum and apply to face, neck & décolleté while skin is till damp.

Twice a week use Flower Petal Mask followed by Collagen Boost Mask. If skin is dry apply Honey and Jasmine Mask on top.

Internally Take Superantioxidants, Phytonutrients & EFA's + B Complex to protect & supply cells with vital nutrients.
