is it easy to shop online?

Due to the number and range of products available @ BUD, we have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to use the BUD online store. Upon entry to our shopping online page, you can choose to shop by category where you can simply select a product category and view the list of products we carry in that category. Alternatively you can choose to shop by brand, view our full list of brands and just click on the brand name you require. In addition, if you know what you are looking for, you can enter the product name or description in the search box facility and you will be directed straight to the product page.

Once you have selected the product you would like to purchase simply click on the "Add to Cart" button and it will be added to your shopping cart. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" link situated at the top right hand side of the shopping pages. When you are happy that your order is complete, simply proceed to the checkout and follow the step by step ordering process.

can I alter the details in my BUD online account?

Before you can place an order at the BUD online store, you will be asked to create a customer account. You can alter the information you provide at any time by logging into My Account.

which payment methods do you accept on line?

Payment can be made securely by Visa, MasterCard and AMEX via PayPal. There is no additional charge on you when you make payments by Paypal.

We also accept payments by bank transfers and cheques, however please note we would need to confirm the clearance of the bank transfers or cheques before we can despatch the goods.

is it safe to use my credit card on your web site?

Currently, BUD does not collect your credit card details on our website. BUD values our customers and respects your privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. We use the latest strong encryption technology to ensure that all transactional information is protected to the highest standard.

Transactional information includes your personal contact information, together with any other names and addresses you provide when you place an order for delivery to another address, and your purchasing history. If you have given your consent prior to entering the details required for the ordering process, our web site will retain your BUD account details such as your name, address, email address and purchasing history.

can I still purchase an item that is out of stock?

Stock levels are indicated below the product image on the shopping pages. If an item is out of stock you can add it to your order and it will be placed in your shopping basket. Once your order has been processed, the items we have in stock will be despatched to you in accordance with the delivery option(s) you have chosen. Any products you order that are not immediately available will be sent on to you as soon as they are available. We will advise if any item is out of stock or available to be sent to you.

will I receive an order acknowledgement via email?

In order to set up your BUD customer account and purchase goods online, you will have provided us with your email address. Once you've submitted your order, we will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your order and details.

can I order gift vouchers online?

You can order BUD gift vouchers by contacting our customer services department at info@budcosmetics.com. Alternatively you can purchase gift vouchers in our stores.

can I redeem gift vouchers online?

At present we are unable to offer you this service but you can use your gift vouchers in store.

what are your delivery rates and times?

Within Singapore: For a single purchase more than SGD$60.00, delivery is FREE within Singapore. A flat fee of SGD$7.00 applies for purchase under SGD$60.00. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working dates from receipt of payment. If the stock is unavailable, we will advise you accordingly.

International: Shipping rate and times will vary with location and weight of the order. The rate will be advised before we despatch the order.

where does BUD deliver to?

Orders made via the BUD online store are shipped out of SIngapore and we deliver to addresses within Singapore, as well as international addresses.

do you deliver to international addresses?

Yes we do! The postage rates will be advised and accepted by you before we despatch the order.

how can I check the status of my order?

Once we have received your order, BUD will email you with your order number. Please quote this order number in all correspondence. You can contact us at orders@budcosmetics.com for any queries on your order.

can I have my order gift wrapped?

If you would like to send your order as a gift, you can indicate this request in the comments box before you check out. You may also wish to add a gift note with a personal message.

is it safe to give you my email address?

in order to make a purchase through the BUD website you will be required to register. When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself including your email address. We will use this information to acknowledge your order and to communicate with you if there is any issue regarding the fulfillment of your order. We will not send you any unsolicited materials unless you indicated that you wanted to receive more details about merchandise, offers and events etc. when you registered. why do you want my name, address, email address, telephone number etc?

BUD asks for these details so that we can enhance your experience of using our site, provide you with the goods and services you request from us, enable us to fulfill your order and make sure it is delivered correctly and to contact you in case there is a problem with your order. If you have agreed, we will contact you to keep you up to date on our latest products, promotional offers and in-store events.

is it safe to use my credit card on your web site?

Currently, BUD does NOT collect your credit card or debit card details. All credit card payments are made via PayPal. Transactional information includes your personal contact information, together with any other names and addresses you provide when you place an order for delivery to another address, and your purchasing history.

do you use cookies on your web site?

The BUD online ordering system uses cookies to record a unique reference on your computer. This means that we can recognise your computer when you access www.budcosmetics.com and log into your account with your user name and password. We will not use cookies without your prior consent so you have the option of choosing whether or not you would like our website to remember your details before you enter the delivery options section of our ordering process. The use of cookies allows us to remember the goods that you placed in your shopping basket and saves you having to enter the basic contact information that you provided us with on setting up your BUD account. Our cookies do NOT record nor remember your credit card details.

will I be able to use your site if I have disabled cookies in my browser?

You may experience technical difficulties in using our website if you have disabled cookies. If you have disabled JavaScript you will not be able to use this website. You can alter your cookie and JavaScript settings in your browser's preferences which is usually found in the Edit menu.

what if I have forgotten my password?

When you created your customer account, you will have provided a password hint. Simply click on the forgotten your password link on the register or login page and your password hint will be displayed. If you still cannot remember your password, simply click on the link still can't remember your password link and an email containing your decrypted password will be sent to the email address you originally provided.

how do I join as a Bud Club member?

You just have to spent $100 or accumulate your receipts to $100 within 3 months to join membership for free! Applicable to online purchases as well.

what priviledges do I enjoy as a member?

As a Bud Club member, you enjoy:

-for every $1 you spent, it is 1 point and every 120 points, you get to take off $10 from your next purchase.

(Note that this is not applicable for discounted or Birthday discounted items but normal priced items only.)

-10% discount during your Birthday month and its not a one time discount but whenever you purchase anything from Bud during your Birthday month.

-members-only discounts and specials every month.

how do you calculate the points that I have?

The first $100 that you spend at Bud will not be calculated as points as it's used to join membership. The subsequent points will then be accumulated as points. For every SGD$1 you spent, it's 1 point so for every 120 points, you can enjoy a SGD$10 off your next purchase.

how do I track my points?

We always update the points of our Bud Club members into our system so members can check with us via email or phone call or whenever they drop by Bud.

how do I renew my membership?

As the Bud Club membership is valid for a year, members just need to make sure they spend SGD$300 within the year in order to renew their membership for another year for free. Please pass your cards to our friendly staff in order for them to make another new card for you. For members who did not reach the limit, will have to spend SGD$100 in order to join as a member after their membership have expired.

can I use my points for online purchases?

Yes. Just indicate in the comment box that you are a member and you would like to use your points.

is there a limit of how many points I can use on each purchase?

The maximum points that can be used is 480, which equals to SGD$40 off your purchase. 480 points = SGD$40

how will I receive my membership card?

There is no membership card, we will have your name registered in our system.

can I redeem points as gift vouchers?

Yes you can, we will issue the vouchers according on how many points you want to redeem and you can give them as gifts to your friends or love ones.

can my family members and friends purchase Bud products under my membership account?

Yes they can, family members and friends just need to let us know the member's name or membership card number upon paying.
